Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with customers onsite, by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' swimming pool needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers on our range of swimming pool products and services.

• Sales and Consultation:

  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customers' requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on pool designs, features, and customization options.
  • Prepare and present customised quotes based on customer specifications.

• Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Network within the community to generate leads and referrals.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the swimming pool industry.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our offerings.

• Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales. Swimming pool knowledge is not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
