As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in the financial health and smooth operation of the business. You will be trusted with responsibility, supported by established systems, and respected as a key part of the team.
Your role will focus on:
1) Job card pricing and accurate invoicing
2) Managing accounts receivable and debt collection
3) Monitoring and supporting healthy business cashflow
4) Communicating professionally with customers and internal staff
This is a full-time, stable position based at our Tamworth office, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4.30pm.

Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or accounts management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using computer-based accounting or job management systems
Competent with Google Docs & Sheets
Professional and friendly communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Honest, reliable, and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Driver’s Licence |
