As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in the financial health and smooth operation of the business. You will be trusted with responsibility, supported by established systems, and respected as a key part of the team. Your role will focus on: 1) Job card pricing and accurate invoicing 2) Managing accounts receivable and debt collection 3) Monitoring and supporting healthy business cashflow 4) Communicating professionally with customers and internal staff This is a full-time, stable position based at our Tamworth office, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4.30pm.
This role is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and pride in doing things properly. You enjoy working with people, you understand the importance of cashflow, and you take ownership of your work. You may have experience in accounts, office administration, or finance within a trades or service-based business, but most importantly, you are reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or accounts management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confidence using computer-based accounting or job management systems Competent with Google Docs & Sheets Professional and friendly communication skills Strong customer service mindset Honest, reliable, and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current Driver’s Licence
